The name and contact information provided by job seekers will be used only by staff when it is necessary to contact the individual for employment purposes. The username and password are used to assure that only the registered user can access his or her online account to add and delete resume information or modify his or her profile in the database.

The information candidates provide is both voluntary and confidential. Demographic information provided will not be used in any employment decision.
